Prepared drafts and reviewed agreements such as Contract of Sale of land, Deed of Assignments, Partnership Agreement, and Tenancy Agreement. Engaged in client interviews and contributed to legal research and drafting of legal opinions.

Completed practical task modules on commercial agreements and arbitration clauses. Drafted a dispute resolution clause in a contract of carriage of goods by sea and advised on dispute resolution options.

Carried out legal writing and research tasks, including research on CNG and PNG in the Nigerian energy sector. Liaised with clients and reviewed agreements, and worked on legal drafts such as Quit Notice, Will, and Shareholder Agreement.

Pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (B.L) degree, expected to complete in 2026.

Completed the General Course on Intellectual Property from WIPO Academy in May 2025.

Earned an LL.B (Hons) degree from Adekunle Ajasin University, Ondo, Nigeria, from 2018 to 2024.
