What I'm looking for

Right now I’m keen to further my career with a challenging and progressive role where I can own accounts receivable and accounts payable processing, keep reconciliations accurate, and support audits and management reporting.

I’ve built my career in the day-to-day processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions, with knowledge of payroll functions and procedures.

At WC Dew Crisp Farms in Stellenbosch/Franschhoek, I handle debtors control, creditors control, petty cash, and bank reconciliation—plus fixed assets register maintenance, VAT returns, and monthly stock takes and variance counts.

I also process high volumes of invoices from multiple suppliers in Pastel Partner and Sage Evolution, reviewing details for accuracy before posting into the accounting systems and sending remittance advices.

Before that, at Progroup Projects in Cape Town, I processed customer and supplier invoices, trained and supervised data entry clerks for debtors and creditors, and oversaw payroll and staff management using VIP Payroll.
