Samuel Bayer
@samuelbayer
Frontend developer building React and Next.js apps, including a browser-based explorer for 3.7 million NYC taxi records.
SpainWhat I'm looking for
I built two connected web apps—a shop and a bar—for Milagro y Felicidad, a real business in Marbella. They share a stack and design system, and include a product catalog synced from a spreadsheet, a cart, and WhatsApp order submission.
For my NYC Taxi Data Explorer, I made a browser-only app that runs SQL against a 3.7-million-row Parquet dataset with DuckDB-WASM in a Web Worker. I added a virtualized table with SQL pagination and debounced filters, and documented the decisions and measurements in the README.
I’m self-taught in frontend development and have focused on React, Next.js, and TypeScript through structured courses and real projects. I’m looking for a junior frontend developer position, on-site, hybrid, or remote.
