At Mothers2Mothers, I capture, update and maintain beneficiary data across five district sites using CIBMS and spreadsheet tools. I process more than 100 beneficiary forms daily while checking records for completeness, duplicates and consistency.
I review and validate weekly and monthly data, trace discrepancies, correct entry errors and document root causes to improve data quality. I also update registers, statistics and performance information for district reporting cycles.
I maintain secure, audit-ready files through standardised naming, data backups and document retrieval processes, while supporting programme teams through Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
