As a dedicated professional pursuing a Master's in Strategic Communications, I have cultivated a strong foundation in leadership and organizational skills through my academic and coaching experiences. My journey in sports has not only honed my ability to manage teams and events but has also instilled a deep understanding of effective communication and mentorship.

Throughout my tenure as an Assistant Volleyball Coach and Part-Time Manager at Elevation Volleyball Club, I successfully coordinated schedules, designed training programs, and provided leadership during practices and tournaments. My commitment to athlete development is reflected in my ability to create tailored training plans and foster a supportive environment that encourages performance enhancement. Additionally, my experience in event operations with 3STEP Sports has further sharpened my customer service and organizational skills.
