What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in veterinary practice leadership, combining clinical expertise, staff development, operational management, and client care to support practice growth.

At Morningside Animal Hospital, I serve as a senior veterinary technician and de facto practice lead, coordinating daily operations and scheduling for a team of 15+ employees. I partner with the CFO and Practice Manager while completing my Certified Veterinary Practice Manager candidacy.

I've supported specialty neurology, general practice, emergency-facing clinical workflows, reception, and kennel operations. My clinical work includes anesthesia support, surgical procedures, patient monitoring, diagnostics, medical imaging, laboratory procedures, and client conflict resolution.

Before veterinary medicine, I managed a $1M+ Tijuana Flats unit, overseeing financial reporting, inventory, hiring, training, and front- and back-of-house teams. I bring that operational perspective to building accountable teams and improving patient and client care.
