What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue improving AI product reliability through hands-on QA, model evaluation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration on customer-facing AI experiences.

I'm currently improving release quality for AI-powered products at YOZO, where I design and execute manual, functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across web and messaging experiences.

Previously at Replicant, I evaluated voice AI across 500+ user scenarios and annotated more than 10,000 customer service interactions. My findings supported a 20% improvement in transcription accuracy and reduced error rates by up to 15% in key verticals.

At Cohere, I led a five-member Arabic team on the AYA Multilingual project and helped create a culturally sensitive dataset of 1,000 red-teaming prompts. I also contributed to RAG model training and data-quality work that improved model accuracy to 98%.

Alongside AI quality work, I support clinical-trial contract coordination at the Population Health Research Institute, managing contracts, financial tracking, and application reviews. I bring strong SQL, Postman, data analysis, communication, and documentation skills to cross-functional teams.
