SALMAN MAJEED

At Majeed Construction, I provide construction and renovation services for residential and commercial properties, preparing house plans and design concepts around client requirements.

I conduct land measurements, support property assessment and planning, and coordinate building-contract activities with attention to quality and compliance. I also support relocation and shifting of existing houses and related site planning.

I'm developing BIM capabilities in Revit and AutoCAD, including 3D building modelling, architectural modelling, views, worksets, visibility graphics, and technical drawings. My work also includes technical drawing and document review, structured data checking, quality-control workflows, and AI-assisted engineering task support.

With an M.Tech in Environmental Engineering, I bring GIS, remote sensing, and hydraulic-analysis experience. I've used FlowMaster to analyze hydraulic structures and generate technical reports, and used GIS and remote sensing to assess environmental quality in Kashmir wetlands.
