I’m a Staff Engineer with 18+ years of enterprise software experience and deep, hands-on expertise designing AI agent systems, prompt/context engineering, and production LLM applications—all in TypeScript. At Nintex, I built the production AI agent platform from a single-team effort into a cross-team orchestration system adopted by 8+ product teams, establishing the patterns for agent architecture, tool calling via MCP, and human-in-the-loop safety.
I drive company-wide adoption of LLM evaluation and observability using Langfuse and Promptfoo, taking teams from POC and executive demos to self-hosted deployments on private Kubernetes across regions. I’ve also built production RAG pipelines (Qdrant, PostgreSQL + pgvector) and done full-stack platform work with Node.js (NestJS, Koa) and React/Angular, while mentoring senior engineers as the resident expert in agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and harness architecture.
