At Mantra Ideas, I designed Telvox end to end: an AI phone-agent platform that lets businesses build agents, review calls and manage billing in one place. It shipped, and a bad prompt change can be undone in one click.
I replaced VCC with a simpler design for OCCS, a call-centre tool used by 1000+ clerks, helping deliver ~35% faster responses. I also redesigned key pages and filters for the Hukut store, which went on to generate Rs 10 lakh+ in sales.
Because I can code as well as design, I build websites and apps too. Through freelance work, I designed and built 3+ projects for small businesses, including the aRo Nepal store, and I designed and coded the Mantra Ideas website.
