What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise Agile transformation, partner with senior stakeholders, and help product-focused teams improve delivery through Lean-Agile practices, technical coaching, and responsible AI-enabled ways of working.

I lead enterprise Agile transformations for organizations including CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Capital One, Pentagon Federal Credit Union, and JobTwine. Across 20+ years in IT and 10+ years in enterprise Agile coaching, I've helped teams move from legacy project delivery toward product-centric, customer-focused ecosystems.

At CareFirst, I scaled coaching across 5+ Agile Release Trains, transformed a 70+ person program into an ART focused on products, and partnered with executives to connect OKRs to Agile outcomes and business KPIs. I use Value Stream Mapping, PI Planning, stakeholder engagement, and metrics-driven retrospectives to improve flow, alignment, predictability, and delivery performance.

I'm also a former developer who coaches teams in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP, DevOps, CI/CD, TDD, BDD, ATDD, and Clean Code. More recently, I've used Generative AI, Atlassian Rovo, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot to improve backlog refinement, reporting, release planning, sprint analytics, and responsible AI adoption.
