At Athena Infonomics, I led the final evaluation of a five-year, USAID-funded WASH program across 15 districts in Rwanda, assessing sanitation market systems, supply chains, and household financing outcomes.
I also directed AfDB-funded urban sanitation diagnostics across six countries, developing institutional, market, and investment-pipeline assessments. For Kenya’s Affordable Housing Programme, I co-led a non-sewered sanitation market assessment that identified financing pathways for private investment.
At Grant Thornton Bharat LLP, I advised the Government of Assam on solid and liquid waste management strategy and led DPR development and bid-process management for waste processing plants across 157 urban local bodies in Gujarat. I also directed a national EPR business model and SUP dashboard for GIZ and MoEFCC.
At Ernst & Young LLP, I built a plastics value-chain scoring matrix across 10 South Asian cities for Unilever UK and delivered a Power BI dashboard tracking ₹2,000 crore of infrastructure projects for RSRDC and PWD Rajasthan. My work spans urban planning, WASH, solid waste management, circular economy, and GIS-based decision support.
