Most recently, I led the operating turnaround of Frankvin, a bespoke furniture venture, scaling its cross-functional team from 3 to 15+ members, improving on-time delivery from under 10% to 75%, and reducing the weekly service backlog from 15+ to under 5 requests. Earlier at TresVista, I managed financial operations and strategic analysis for a rideshare fleet operator, including financial modeling, cash-flow forecasting, unit economics, M&A modeling, and lender materials.
