I’m a Backend & Platform Engineer at Razorpay on the Payments Platform (Refunds & Settlements), where I build reliable Go microservices and event-driven systems with a focus on resilience and observability. I enjoy turning production pain into durable engineering—especially around alerting, debugging flows, and operational reliability.

I lead AI agent-readiness work that makes systems easier for engineers (and agents) to operate. I raised Settlements’ Agent Readiness Score from 36 to 52/58 by adding CI score gates and improving service documentation, and I built Claude Code agentic setup skills for 4 services. I also integrated the Refunds service with Viveka by authoring YAML runbooks synced to a Qdrant vector database for semantic retrieval and AI-assisted on-call debugging.

I also ship platform-grade reliability improvements, like leading Refunds multi-region migration to the V3 Kubernetes pipeline across Mumbai and Singapore using Helm and Spinnaker. I built a retry queue + DLQ for the Transaction Recorder to eliminate silent data loss on transient failures, and I decomposed Settlements routes off an API monolith using Kong Edge and Terraform with dedicated authorization policies. Outside work, I’ve built projects like an AWS Bedrock chatbot (Valobot) and automated Spotify provisioning with Terraform, and I bring a strong fundamentals mindset from 400+ LeetCode problems and cloud/cybersecurity certifications.
