At UKG, I engineered payment delivery systems that processed more than 1M cheques per month while meeting a one-hour SLA. I also replaced synchronous file transfers with Kafka events and object storage retrieval to support large month-end processing bursts.
I built a centralized scheduled email service for Payment Services, adopted by 20+ teams and handling peaks of more than 2K emails per second. I added priority and bulk delivery lanes so critical payment alerts stayed timely during month-end email bursts.
At Goldman Sachs, I delivered a workflow automation platform for legal filings and an automated reminder and escalation system. I also built a real-time chat platform with Kafka-based message ordering, multi-device sync, and idempotent replay.
