I've delivered Salesforce solutions for Zavjet Infotech clients including Caterpillar and CBRE, supporting dealer management, equipment sales, warranty claims, property management, and sales pipeline workflows.

For Caterpillar, I built bulkified Apex triggers, classes, Batch and Queueable jobs, responsive Lightning Web Components, and REST/SOAP integrations with external systems and ERPs. I also developed Flows, approval processes, security controls, optimized SOQL/SOSL queries, and unit tests achieving 85%+ code coverage.

On the CBRE project, I translated business requirements into Salesforce configuration, automated processes, managed access controls, and created reports, dashboards, Dynamic Forms, and Lightning Record Pages in Agile teams.
