I’m a detail-oriented Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst with hands-on experience in SAP-based purchasing, supplier development, and cost-reduction initiatives.

In my Management Trainee – Purchase role, I used SAP to manage procurement activities, improve purchasing accuracy and cycle efficiency, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure parts and approvals move smoothly. I developed and onboarded an alternate supplier for a critical child part, executed RFQ and cost negotiation, and validated technical feasibility to reduce single-source risk.

I also focused on measurable outcomes—driving cost-saving initiatives that led to significant expense reduction and earning “Cost Savings Employee of the Year – 2024.” I ensured compliance by obtaining customer approval (PPAP) for the newly developed supplier and improved supply continuity by reducing procurement lead time.

Alongside procurement, I build data-driven insights through tools like Tableau and Excel, and I completed a Deloitte Australia data analytics job simulation on Forage. Earlier, I sharpened delivery and design skills as a freelance graphic designer using CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
