What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to machine learning and multimodal AI work where I can turn research ideas into evaluated prototypes, deepen my work in vision-language models and agents, and grow through hands-on experimentation.

I'm developing and evaluating multimodal AI systems at the University of North Alabama, turning research ideas into working Python experiments and end-to-end prototypes.

I developed AdaVLM for chest X-ray analysis and clinical report generation, using LoRA-based adaptation, clinical-context integration, multimodal alignment, and benchmark evaluation on MIMIC-CXR-JPG.

I've led a scientific-document AI study across 58 recent studies on multimodal agents, cross-modal reasoning, evidence grounding, hallucination mitigation, and uncertainty. I also built a reproducible vision-language-model evaluation workflow using approximately 128 children's drawings.

Beyond research, I've built housing-price regression systems, KNN/SVM image-classification experiments, browser-based interactive applications, and Raspberry Pi/Linux and cloud lab environments for security and infrastructure experimentation.
