I am an Assistant Professor and Instructional Designer at the Institute of Technology, Zakura Campus, University of Kashmir, bringing over a decade of teaching, research, and instructional design experience across institutions in India and internationally.
I hold a Ph.D. in Management and have led and contributed to national and international research projects, including an ICSSR major project and an approved joint project with INTI International University Malaysia.
My research focuses on consumer behaviour, personality impacts on impulsive buying, and related measurement development; I have multiple publications in Scopus- and Web of Science–indexed journals and serve as a manuscript reviewer for international journals.
I am skilled in research tools (SPSS, AMOS), instructional technology (Articulate, Microsoft 365), and spatial analysis (QGIS, GeoDa), and I supervise PhD/MBA students while contributing to curriculum, assessment, and workshop organization.
