What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on operations role focused on monitoring, incident response, and cloud infrastructure where I can lead shifts, optimize monitoring, and mentor team members while ensuring high availability and SLA compliance.

I am an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with strong data center operations, monitoring, and incident management expertise, having monitored production environments using Zabbix, Grafana, Kibana, Watchdog, PRTG, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, LogicMonitor and Azure tools while maintaining SLA adherence and training team members.

I have acted as a Shift Lead and NOC analyst, performed Level-1 troubleshooting across servers, applications and networks, used ServiceNow for ITIL-based incident and event management, authored Power BI reports, executed scripts in Azure Cloud Shell/PowerShell, and written SQL queries against Oracle for reporting and validation.
