At IFS Sri Lanka, I led 24/7 shift operations for cloud-hosted IFS applications, coordinating incident response across teams to support high availability and reliability.
I monitored alerts and performance with Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus, and Cortex, and worked with resolver groups on infrastructure and application issues. I also investigated information security alerts and contributed to SOC workflows.
Previously, as an Analyst at HCL Technologies Sri Lanka, I monitored AV devices and troubleshot technical issues in a 24/7 environment. I used Microsoft Teams Rooms and Prognosis, documented issues, and supported end-users within established SLAs.
