What I'm looking for

I want to own automation strategy and release-quality governance—leading regression execution, framework governance, and CI/CD integration while mentoring engineers and improving sprint predictability.

I lead automation strategy and framework governance for Telstra’s Agent Console, managing a 15-member QA automation team across test design, code reviews, defect triage, and CI/CD execution. I maintain scalable Java/Selenium TestNG/Cucumber BDD frameworks and support Playwright adoption readiness with JavaScript automation.

Before that, I led telecom BSS automation at Amdocs across CRM, ordering, provisioning, and customer management—building and maintaining Java/Selenium regression suites for release validation. Earlier, at Cognizant Technology Solutions, I handled functional and backend validation for BFS transaction workflows, settlement checks, and data validation.
