What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own finance strategy and operational execution—driving cash flow visibility, compliance, and process automation—while partnering with leadership using dashboards and analytics to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

I’m a Finance & Operations leader who aligns financial strategy with business objectives, ensuring accurate reporting and strong regulatory compliance. In my current GM Finance & Operation role at Veera healthcare Pvt. Ltd, I lead internal and statutory audits, drive zero non-compliances, and strengthen tax filings to minimize risk and penalties.

Previously as an Assistant Manager Business Finance at Dr Batra's Positive Health Ltd, I owned e-commerce P&L reporting and delivered GST reports on time. I build budgets, analyze variable expenses to find cost-saving opportunities, and publish FP&A reports and dashboards that clearly explain variances and the business drivers behind them.

Before that, I worked at Flipkart India Pvt Ltd as an Executive, handling cost reporting and forecasting, MIS validation for 3PL/FTL vendors, and procurement workflows like PRs and POs. Earlier, as an Accounts Executive, I supported GST audit procedures and annual return filings (GSTR-9C, GSTR-9) and helped finalize books of accounts—bringing a detail-oriented, hands-on approach I still use to streamline processes, optimize resources, and continuously improve efficiency.
