At RS Car Accessories, I oversaw warehouse stock control using SAP MM principles to support material availability and minimize holding costs. I also coordinated procurement workflows with suppliers, including pricing evaluations and purchase orders.
I used ERP systems and Zoho Inventory to record and audit purchase transactions, goods movements, and inventory balances. With MS Excel, I analyzed monthly demand trends to support purchase planning and Material Requirements Planning.
I executed stock optimization strategies to reduce excess inventory and avoid line stockouts, and directed inward and outward material movements. I also generated reports on inventory turnover, supplier fulfillment, and demand forecasting.
Earlier, I worked as a Quality Control Officer at APT Controls & Appliances Pvt. Ltd. and as a Technical Trainee at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. My projects included a warehouse inventory audit, workflow redesign, and applying Lean principles and 5S in warehouse storage areas.
