Safaa Elazhari

I am a speech therapist with hands-on clinical experience assessing and rehabilitating oral and written language disorders, particularly in children and ENT settings. I hold a university degree in speech therapy from Mohamed VI University of Health Sciences in Casablanca and am pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Coventry University (2023–2025).

My practice includes conducting speech therapy assessments, implementing personalized rehabilitation sessions, and providing parental guidance to support language development. I have completed multiple internships across clinical centers and schools, including audiometry and ENT observation at the Hearing Center of Casablanca (CAC).

I have experience working with deaf children and in educational settings (kindergarten, primary school, and British section internships), and I add value through multidisciplinary collaboration and tailored treatment plans. My approach is patient-centered, evidence-informed, and focused on measurable progress.

I bring additional strengths from my MBA studies in leadership, strategic and operations management, marketing, and financial analysis, which equip me to contribute to service development, program management, and team leadership within healthcare or educational organizations.
