At Mu Sigma Business Solutions, I analyzed Axis.com data to support business decision-making and created a PDNA to identify factors affecting customer churn and ways to retain dormant customers.

I also used exploratory data analysis and designed a Power BI dashboard to present churn factors and proposed retention solutions. My projects explored biochar pretreatment and copyrolysis, biochar as a lithium-ion battery anode, and spinel-based cathodes.
