As a Freelance Private Duty Caregiver / Independent Home Care Provider, I owned and operated a caregiving practice for elderly, rehabilitation, and dementia clients. I managed care planning, transportation, household support, companionship, documentation, and communication with client families.

At LifeCare Center, I delivered long-term care and rehabilitation support, monitored patient status, and assisted with daily living activities. At Quality Home Health Inc., I provided individualized home-health support, vital signs monitoring, documentation, and family-centered care.
