At Bank of America, I contributed to a major release of the Associate Stock Purchase Plan platform, testing new functionality, business rules, and end-to-end equity transaction workflows. I validated those workflows across UI, API, and database layers.
I developed and maintained automation for the platform using Java and Selenium WebDriver, and tested REST services with Postman and REST Assured. I also integrated regression suites with Jenkins and used GitHub Copilot and MCP in AI-assisted testing workflows.
At THE HARBOR BANK OF MARYLAND, I tested an internal customer-support application and its banking workflows, including disputes, stop-check payments, and fraud claims. I created Playwright and JavaScript tests for MSR workflows and validated that customer, transaction, and case data stayed consistent across systems.
