I used Mistral OCR and a second DeepSeek pass to check quotes, then ranked approved offers by price, delivery, warranty, and supplier track record. Supplier matching across thousands of ERP records went from hours to seconds.
As an AI Consultant and Technical Partner for a French e-commerce and rental group, I shipped a RAG support assistant across 15+ websites in three languages, with questions it couldn’t answer routed to a person. I also built a 13-step rental CRM pipeline synced from Shopify to Airtable without duplicates.
