I've supported financial analysis at Mercer and PwC, cleaning, validating, and reconciling large datasets for actuarial consulting and audit engagements.

At Mercer, I normalized plan data for more than 50 companies, cutting processing time by approximately 20% and improving consistency for financial reporting. I also built Excel VBA models to forecast pension expenses across actuarial and economic scenarios.

At PwC, I organized and validated financial statement data for more than 10 clients, identified discrepancies through analytical testing, and helped audit teams complete engagements on deadline.

I've also applied SQL, NLP, and K-means clustering to customer segmentation and churn analysis, translating behavioral patterns into marketing, retention, and cross-selling recommendations. I'm pursuing an MS in Business Analytics at UCLA Anderson to deepen my work in data management, machine learning, and optimization.
