At BMO, I deliver 40+ FINTRAC regulatory reports weekly while owning end-to-end Iran MDCB sanctions case reporting, from screening alerts through investigation and submission. I built an unsupervised clustering model that tiers case complexity and helps management proactively meet the 5-day reporting SLA.
I've also built production AML detection pipelines on 5.08M transactions, achieving 16.9× the rules-based baseline and surfacing 227 laundering cases versus 18 within a fixed 500-alert budget. I use Python, SQL, XGBoost, MLflow, DVC, FastAPI, Tableau, and Power BI to turn financial crime operations data into actionable risk insight.
