At Accenture, I supported SAP ECC and S/4HANA production and pre-production environments, resolving 50+ incidents per month through ABAP debugging, root-cause analysis, and corrective solutions.
I maintained and enhanced custom Z-programs and developed basic ABAP and ALV reports. I also worked with SAP FI and MM teams on application issues and requirements for reporting and functionality enhancements.
For SAP integrations, I configured RFC destinations and worked with SOAP Web Services. I monitored IDocs, analyzed processing failures, and reprocessed them after resolving underlying errors.
I also supported batch job troubleshooting, tRFC/qRFC queue monitoring, and transport coordination. After a planned career break for personal reasons, I used the time for professional upskilling in SAP ABAP, ABAP on HANA, OData, CDS, AMDP, and RAP.
