What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Director of Finance role where I can apply public financial management, budget execution, devolved government reporting, and multi-stakeholder fiscal accountability.

At the County Government of Nyandarua, I direct treasury financial policies, prepare appropriation accounts, and present audited final accounts to the Finance Committee Member. I monitor expenditure across 11 departments through IFMIS, reducing budget deviations by 23% and improving resource utilisation by 19%.
