I am a final-year nursing student with hands-on clinical and administrative experience gained during rotations at major referral hospitals in Kisumu. I focus on accurate patient assessments, clear documentation, and compassionate remote care delivery.

My clinical work includes patient assessments, chart preparation, medication refill documentation, and participation in sleep study education and PAP therapy compliance tracking. I have practical experience with EMR systems, specifically Athena, and with sleep study protocols such as OSA, HST/PSG, and PAP therapy.

In administrative and leadership capacities, I have served in a Unit Manager training role overseeing staff coordination, daily operations, recruitment panels, and hospital health audit meetings. I routinely handle prior authorizations, appeals, and inbox management to support clinical workflows.

I bring strong communication, time management, infection prevention, and team coordination skills, and I am committed to delivering efficient, accurate, and compassionate remote nursing services as I complete my diploma.
