Rushikesh Ragde

I am a Computer Science graduate and Java Full Stack developer experienced in building scalable, secure web applications using Java, Spring, React.js, and MySQL. I focus on API integration, database-driven solutions, and performance optimization to deliver reliable systems.

During my Software Development internship at Gsoft Solutions, I developed and deployed RESTful APIs with Spring Core, Spring MVC, JDBC and MySQL, and built responsive front-end interfaces with HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap. I improved application performance by optimizing SQL queries and implementing MVC architecture.

I am proficient with developer tools and workflows including Git/GitHub for version control, Maven for build and dependency management, Postman for API testing, and IDEs like Eclipse and VS Code. I am comfortable working in Agile environments and troubleshooting complex problems to deliver user-focused solutions.

I have hands-on project experience building a Hospital Management System with role-based dashboards and secure RESTful APIs, and I continue to expand my skillset through a Java Full Stack certification. I am motivated to contribute to teams building high-performance web applications.
