What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity with a growing organization where I can apply my clinical foundation, patient-care experience, adaptability, and fast learning curve while continuing to grow in nursing practice.

I've completed a six-month clinical internship at M.A.G. Osmani Medical College Hospital in Sylhet, a 900-bed government tertiary hospital serving more than 9 million people across the Sylhet division.

I rotated through ICU, Emergency, Surgery, NICU, Dialysis, ENT, and the Operating Theatre, delivering hands-on patient care and communicating directly with patients and caregivers under pressure. I maintained accurate clinical documentation and coordinated with multidisciplinary teams during high-volume periods.

I'm a BSc in Nursing graduate who stays calm, clear, and professional while managing multiple priorities in fast-paced clinical environments.

I also use ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini daily for research, communication, and workflow efficiency, and I quickly adapt to new systems and tools.
