What I'm looking for

I seek technical roles in renewable energy where I can lead battery system commissioning, improve BMS performance, work hands-on in field operations, and contribute to scalable, impact-driven projects with strong safety and compliance culture.

I am a junior engineer with nearly four years' hands-on experience in battery systems, solar-powered mini-grids, battery control systems and electric tricycles, with field work across multiple sites in Zimbabwe.

I have led field-to-factory commissioning of 600+ LFP battery systems, supported BMS upgrades (v2.5 → v3.0), and designed Zimbabwe’s first solar-powered charging stations while improving reliability and uptime.

My work spans operations and maintenance, technical documentation, diagnostics and repairs, data analysis and financial modelling to support grant funding and asset valuation.

I am passionate about optimizing renewable energy systems for efficiency, reliability and impact, and I bring technical leadership, stakeholder engagement and a proven record of compliance and training in site teams.
