I’m a product designer and UX research practitioner who helps founders and early-stage teams navigate their 0-1 journey—turning messy product decisions into clear, user-centred direction. I’m driven by deep user empathy, fast prototyping, and the belief that great design is built around what people value in real use.

I bring 7+ years across UX, product design, and user research, partnering with teams to define problems, uncover explicit and latent needs, and generate actionable hypotheses. I combine skills, experience, and judgement to be the real, human voice for users in the room where product decisions get made.

My work has included designing and reimagining complex health-tech experiences—such as non-invasive glucometer testing journeys—using user research plus cross-team collaboration to create delightful, nuanced device-app interactions. I’ve also helped teams streamline user journeys end-to-end, including redesigning navigation, content flow, and booking processes, and improving e-commerce UX with smoother prescription and re-ordering flows.

I aim for seamless, developer-ready execution: pixel-perfect UI, clear handoff, and well-structured documentation & style guidance.
