Primary engineer of the internal operations platform used daily by sales, accounting, warehouse and shipping staff. Architected and shipped a full-stack Flask application for order entry, invoicing, inventory and bin management, shipping, attendance and global search.

Analyzed clinical-study data in Python and R for a medication-adherence mHealth app in a three-institution study. Built visualizations and data reports that, combined with interview findings from mixed-methods research, prioritized product iterations.

Queried search logs and behavioral data in SQL and analyzed them in Python to pinpoint search friction for a catalog used by thousands of researchers. Built usage dashboards, ran A/B and statistical tests on interface changes, and analyzed natural-language queries to improve search relevance.

Conducted usability analysis and developed a user segmentation framework.

Combined web traffic analytics and quantitative usability metrics with usability testing on Harvard HOLLIS and the Geospatial Library. Prototyped fixes and launched redesigned sites.
