At EOS KSI Romania, I manage debt recovery and enforcement files, prioritising work by procedural deadlines, case complexity, and recovery prospects. I review case information and legal barriers to determine next steps and identify matters needing escalation.
I draft and review legal requests, settlement proposals, and recommendations, while monitoring statutory and procedural deadlines across active matters. I also negotiate lump-sum settlements and instalment plans, balancing recovery objectives with legal considerations and individual circumstances.
I contribute to UK and EU cross-border recovery initiatives through pilot-case selection, procedural and cost analysis, and coordination with international colleagues and external partners. I hold a Master’s Degree in Business Law and definitive Romanian Legal Adviser status.
