What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead and grow iOS teams by keeping architecture practical, making releases reliable with repeatable pipelines, and turning product work into measurable iterations—staying hands-on while collaborating with product/design.

I’m an iOS Team Lead / Senior iOS Engineer who helps teams ship more predictably by keeping architecture and standards practical, releases reliable, and product iterations measurable. I stay hands-on in code while collaborating closely with product and design.

At AppsHero, I’ve led 6 iOS developers and owned technical decisions across multiple apps. I built reusable templates/components and project conventions, cutting development time by ~20 hours per project, and automated project bootstrap to save up to ~10 hours on new setups.

I established a repeatable TestFlight/App Store release pipeline using Fastlane/CI and signing/versioning conventions, then mentored the team to improve release stability and crash-free rate. I also trained the team in AI-assisted development workflows (Cursor/Codex/Claude Code) to reduce routine work and accelerate iteration.
