At Saint-Gobain Innovative Materials Polska Sp z o.o. Oddział Centrum Usług Wspólnych, I provided Accounts Payable support for three large companies. I processed domestic and foreign purchase and expense invoices in SAP, verified invoice and supplier data, and handled advance payments and invoice reversals.

I created and optimized automatic invoice posting rules in Medius, contributing to increased process automation across more than 10 companies. I also trained new employees on Medius and Accounts Payable processes.

I worked with warehouse departments, the Payments Team, and the Settlements Team to resolve invoice discrepancies. I also participated in month-end and year-end closing activities and supported processes related to the Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF).
