At Base Thesis Labs, I own the hardware design for the Chordy AI wearable pendant, from component selection and schematic capture through PCB layout and fabrication-ready output. I designed its 4-layer board around a bare nRF52840 SoC, with a discrete RF matching network and a 50 Ω antenna feedline.
At KarmicNexus IT Solutions, I designed two multi-sensor development boards through fabrication release; both were assembled and functionally tested. I also designed an EV-to-petrol changeover switching circuit that Ather Energy tested on site, and delivered the finalised V1 production PCB. My Vela project is a 6-layer mother/daughter wearable connected by a 30-pin flex, with a separate charger board.
