I am a creative leader with 13 years of experience transforming ideas into cohesive brand systems, memorable conference experiences, and high-conversion UI/UX for startups and enterprises across India, the US and UAE. As Creative Head at People Matters I led design for global HR and L&D conferences, managed cross-functional teams, and delivered integrated campaigns and brand identities for clients such as IBM, Coursera, SAP, Zoho and LinkedIn.
