At CRISP India, I design and deliver industry-oriented electrical training for professionals, engineering faculty, technical teachers, and defence personnel. My sessions cover equipment maintenance, power-system protection, switchgear, SCADA, and industrial electrical safety.
At Lakshmi Narain College of Technology (LNCT), Bhopal, I led the Research & Development Cell and Centre of Excellence – EV for E-Mobility Research and Skill Development, and coordinated the AICTE IDEA Lab. I supervised postgraduate research across smart grids, renewable integration, IoT, data analytics, and energy optimization.
My research focuses on AI/ML, Big Data Analytics, and power systems. My work includes LSTM and Bayesian optimization approaches for short-term photovoltaic forecasting, and a 2025 IEEE conference publication on grid-frequency variations under high renewable-energy penetration.
Earlier, I taught Electrical Engineering and conducted applied research at Scope College of Engineering, Bhopal. I also supported infrastructure and rural electrification projects at Ramky Infrastructure Ltd. and REC Limited.
