At the University of Oklahoma, I developed graph-theoretic methods for power network equivalence and an Approximate Dynamic Programming tool for grid restoration, reducing optimisation runtimes on 2000-bus systems to under five minutes. My work on solar PV variability received the Best Paper Award at the IEEE PES General Meeting.
I'm currently applying quantum optimisation and uncertainty quantification to unit commitment and economic dispatch, while developing an IEEE 14-bus QUBO benchmark and an AED-augmented reinforcement learning environment. At African Leadership University, I taught power systems and helped develop an AI and ML-based Electrical and Computer Engineering programme; I also co-founded Earthwise Academy.
