For NIDAR 2025, I led a 10-person team that built two carbon-fiber quadcopters and earned a top-24 finish among 150+ teams. I co-designed the airframe, produced CNC drawings, integrated an actuator-driven payload-release mechanism, and ran flight tests to inform redesigns.
For my Mothership USV project, I designed hulls and a drone landing deck, and used GD&T and tolerance stackups to help the hull, propulsion housing, and electronics enclosure fit and seal. I also designed a 3D-printed housing for an underwater ROV and tested a replacement seal to confirm the tube stayed watertight.

Mothership USV with Drone Landing Platform

Designed the mechanical architecture of an unmanned surface vehicle and its drone landing platform. Set GD&T tolerances, ran tolerance stackups, and prepared the Bill of Materials.
