What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable, high-impact product experiences where I can apply UX strategy, design systems, user research, and data-driven design with cross-functional teams.

At TicketsQue Solutions, I design B2B SaaS venue operations platforms for pubs and event organisers, including role-based dashboards used across 500+ venues. I redesigned guest entry into a self-service workflow that reduced processing time by about 70%, and built a QR-based cashless system that cut coupon misuse by 90%.

I also create mobile-first event discovery, booking, organiser onboarding, and analytics experiences that support ticket sales, settlements, and data-driven decisions. Previously at SeekNEO, I designed responsive web and mobile experiences, prototypes, branding assets, and marketing materials for clients across industries.
