Built the data organization from scratch and co-led data strategy across five business verticals. Led 19 people in Argentina and Colombia, delivering a cross-company data mesh on SageMaker for 30 companies and 2,000 data users.

Served as the first staff-level data expert and founding manager of the data practice, setting the data platform architecture, governance, data quality, and analytics enablement.

Headed Data Engineering in the CDO Office, leading 12 people across six countries. Replaced the legacy stack with one of LATAM's largest Databricks platforms, processing billions of events and scaling usage 5x in one year.

Ran LATAM's largest Astronomer, Fivetran and Snowflake deployment (~170 TB, 1,000+ sources across 7 countries) for 5,000 analytics users during peak pandemic demand. Introduced Snowflake best practices and lower-cost alternatives.

Built and led a team of 4 delivering Big Data services for banks and telcos, from PoCs to production support. Delivered 2 Hortonworks implementations and administered 5 Hortonworks, Cloudera and Huawei clusters.

Built a big data and ML platform that analyzed 90,000 digitized public court rulings to map patterns across courts, judges and lawyers. Won Makers in Garage 2017 and 2nd prize at Potenciate Tecnológico 2018.

Developed and maintained intranets, enterprise applications and high-traffic websites.
