At Guevara & Partners Inc., I introduced a custom web app that automated plumbing fixture quantity takeoffs and Fixture Unit calculations for UPC pipe sizing. I also designed water supply, drainage, waste, vent, and stormwater networks for an 85-hectare mixed-use waterfront resort.

I built an AI-assisted MEPFS quantity takeoff web application for commercial projects, including a 32-story renovation. The app provides continuous data entry, validation guardrails, audio feedback, and one-click Excel, PDF, and clipboard-ready exports.

I'm a Registered Mechanical Engineer expanding my work in n8n workflow architecture, AI agent development, and prompt engineering. I enjoy turning manual, paper-based, and repetitive processes into structured digital systems.
